We Brought the Chips — FTOC Took Over the HOAG Classic Chipping Green 🌶️⛳
What a weekend. The 2026 HOAG Classic brought world-class golf to Orange County — and First Tee – Orange County showed up to make sure the next generation of players got a front-row seat to all of it. From the energy of the crowd to the crack of a perfectly struck chip shot, this was a weekend our kids and coaches will be talking about for a long time.
Sunday at the 2026 HOAG Classic was nothing short of magical for the next generation of golfers. Thanks to the incredible generosity of Kingston Technology, kids got in free for Student Day — and First Tee – Orange County was right there to make the most of it. Young golfers gathered at the chipping green for a free First Tee golf clinic, sponsored by Chipotle, where they learned the fundamentals of the short game alongside our coaches, soaked in the energy of a professional golf tournament, and got a front-row seat to what their future in the game could look like. And because Chipotle does everything right, every participant walked away with a free bag of chips and guacamole — because what’s a perfect day on the green without the perfect snack? It was a day filled with big swings, bigger smiles, and a reminder of exactly why we do what we do.
A huge thank you to Kingston Technology for making Student Day free for young fans, and to Chipotle for sponsoring the clinic and keeping our players fueled and smiling. Events like this are only possible because of partners who believe in the power of investing in young people — on and off the course.
