The Hoag Classic is a PGA Tour Champions event held each spring at Newport Beach Country Club. First played in 1995, the tournament has a long tradition of bringing legendary golfers to Southern California. Now sponsored by Hoag, the event is known for great competition, a beautiful coastal setting, and strong support of local community charities.
In addition to exciting competition, the Hoag Classic is known for raising significant charitable funds—over $20 million to support Hoag programs and other local causes in Southern California—making it a special event for both fans and the community
The Hoag Classic also proudly features honorable mentions of Southern California locals who call the area home. What is the PGA Champions Tour?
